Your goal, in one sentence
I'll , proved by , or I lose .
Tap the blanks to make it yours. Finish 80% of your check-ins and the £25 never leaves your account.
Make it bindingLosing money hurts about twice as much as gaining it feels good. Loss aversion, the most replicated result in behavioural economics, is the engine under your goal.
People who put money behind a commitment are up to three times more likely to follow through than people who just decide to.
Hit 80% of your check-ins by the deadline and you win. Built-in slack for real life, but not enough room to coast. Want no net at all? Hard mode sets the line at 100%.
How it works
Choose your proof. Name your price. Culmyra holds you to it.
Set the terms
Say what you'll do, how you'll prove it, when it's due, and how much you lose if you miss. AI turns it into a science-backed plan with a schedule of real deadlines.
Submit your evidence
Before each deadline, send the proof: a photo taken in the app, or let GPS, Apple Health, or Screen Time report it for you automatically. No proof in the window means a miss.
AI checks it, the stake answers for it
AI vision verifies the evidence actually matches your goal and flags anything fishy. Complete at least 80% of your check-ins by the deadline and you pay nothing. Finish below 80%, and your card is charged the stake.
See it in action
This is what following through looks like.
Every goal, deadline, and kept promise in one view.
Proof, verified in seconds
Snap it, send it. AI vision confirms it matches your goal.
The Warden doesn't drop it
Miss a rule and the ladder climbs until you recover.
A blueprint, not a wish
One sentence in, milestones and a schedule out.
Features
Everything pointed at one outcome: you, following through.
A plan, not a pep talk
The best frontier AI model turns your goal into milestones, methods, and a realistic schedule, personalised by what it learns about you every week.
Reminders that find you
Push notifications at the right time, on every device. The plan doesn't let you forget it exists.
Proof or it didn't happen
Check in with a photo. AI vision checks it matches the goal and flags anything fishy. Honest by design.
The Warden escalates until you move
Break a rule and it starts: push → a real phone call → a text to your chosen contact → your stake. It stops when you recover.
Your devices testify
GPS says you made the gym. Screen Time says you stayed off TikTok. Sensors can complete check-ins for you, no photo needed.
Witnesses make it real
Share a goal link, build in public, collect cheers, climb the leaderboard. Backing out quietly stops being an option.
Use cases
Whatever you keep promising yourself. This time with teeth.
WUWaking up on time
Up by 06:30 with £15 riding on it. The proof is a photo taken live in the app: your front step, your made bed, whatever can't be faked from under the duvet. AI vision checks it's fresh and matches; sleep through the window and the miss is logged.
GYGym four times a week
Define the gym as a GPS zone and arriving checks you in automatically. No selfie, no honour system. A logged workout from your watch works too. Skip enough sessions to fall under 80% and the stake fires at your deadline.
STScreen time under an hour
Your phone reports the daily total itself, so there's nothing to submit and nothing to fudge. Stay under the line and the day counts. With Culmyra Pro, going over starts the escalation ladder: push, then a real phone call, then your contact.
WLLosing the weight
A daily scale photo, spot-checked by AI against your goal, with Apple Health syncing steps and workouts underneath. The plan adjusts weekly around what the data says is working.
RDReading every day
Twenty pages before bed, proved with a photo of where you got to. Small stake, daily deadline, and a streak you can watch grow. The grace window means one late night doesn't wreck the week.
DWDeep work every morning
Your Mac reports focus minutes from ActivityWatch or RescueTime. Two hours before lunch or the check-in stays open. No photo of a screen required: the tracker is the witness.
MDDaily meditation
Mindful minutes flow in from Apple Health and complete the check-in on their own. Ten minutes a day, £25 on the month, and the only way to win is to actually sit down.
RVA £10k month
Point Culmyra at your revenue endpoint and the numbers check themselves in. The plan adjusts weekly around what's moving, and the deadline doesn't care how busy you were.
When life gets in the way
Strict about the goal. Honest about the life around it.
A full day of grace
Every check-in stays open for 24 hours after it's due. A late flight, a sick kid, a night that ran long: get the proof in the next morning and it still counts.
Due Tue 19:00 · submitted Wed 09:12 · ✓ counts
Win at 80%. Or pick hard mode.
You don't need a perfect record, you need a real one. Miss one check-in in five and you still win. Want it stricter? Hard mode makes every single check-in count: miss even one and your stake is forfeited at the deadline.
27 of 30 done · 90% · winning
Your devices cover for you
Forgot to snap the photo? If GPS saw you at the gym or your watch logged the workout, the check-in completes itself. The sensor is the proof.
GPS: arrived at gym · check-in auto-completed
Plans shaped by your calendar
Connect your calendar and the AI schedules around your actual week: no long run on the day of back-to-back meetings, no check-in during the wedding.
Thu is packed · long run moved to Sat
Integrations

FAQ
The questions everyone asks before they commit.
When exactly is my card charged?
Only at your deadline, and only if you completed less than 80% of your check-ins. Win, as most people with a stake do, and not a penny moves. There are no other charges, ever.
Do you hold my money in escrow?
No. Your card is saved securely with Stripe and your money stays in your account the whole time. We never hold funds. The stake is a commitment, not a deposit.
What happens to forfeited stakes?
Forfeited stakes go to Culmyra and fund the product: the AI planning, the verification, and the infrastructure behind it. We'd still rather you win. Succeed, and we never see a penny of your stake.
How is proof verified?
Photo check-ins are spot-checked by AI vision against your specific goal, and anything suspicious is flagged. Connected devices (GPS, health data, screen time) can verify progress automatically: the sensor is the proof.
What if life genuinely gets in the way?
The 80% threshold builds in slack: you can miss one check-in in five and still win. Check-ins also have a generous grace window, so a late night doesn't sink a good week. If you want the opposite, hard mode requires 100%: every check-in, no exceptions.
Are my photos and goals private?
Completely, by default. Proof photos live in private storage only you can access. Sharing is opt-in per goal, and even then viewers only see progress. Your stake, notes, and photos are never shown.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Culmyra works in your browser today and installs as an app from the browser menu. Native iOS and Android apps are on the way.
You already know the goal.
Make it cost something to ignore.
Two minutes to a plan. A deadline by tonight.
Available today as an installable web app: add it from your browser menu and it lives on your home screen.

Charged only if you quit.
