Delete your Culmyra account

You can delete your Culmyra account at any time, in the app or on the website. Culmyra is provided by Culmyra Ltd.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

  1. Sign in to the Culmyra app, or at culmyra.com.
  2. Open the menu and choose Profile & account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account…
  4. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete forever.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Signed in already? Go to Profile & account.

Or ask us to do it

Email support@culmyra.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your profile, goals, plans, check-ins, proof photos, notes, connected device data, notification tokens, and saved cards (removed from Stripe). Any Pro subscription is cancelled.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of payments and charges are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually six years, then deleted. Nothing else is kept.

Delete some data, keep your account

  • A goal and its check-ins and photos: open the goal and tap Delete this goal (available while no card backs it).
  • Connected device data: go to Integrations and remove the integration.
  • Profile details: in Profile & account, clear your name, handle or bio and turn your public profile off.
  • Anything else: email support@culmyra.com saying what you want deleted. We reply within a month.

Proof photos are also deleted automatically 90 days after a goal ends, and raw device readings after 90 days.

Goals still running

Deleting your account ends any goals still running. A goal with an active pledge is charged first, as our Terms of Service describe, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm. Goals without an active pledge are cancelled at no charge.
